Turning panic into prototypes.

MARNO LOTZ

UI Designer specialising in Apps, Web, and Game Interfaces.

Hi. I’m Marno.

I design things. Mostly because the world is filled with interfaces created by people who have clearly never met another human being. I fix that. I’ve spent the last 5+ years building UI, UX, game interfaces, websites, 3D scenes, and explaining to clients that no, we cannot “just quickly redesign the whole thing” in 20 minutes.

I run Eyfriend Studio and Webvite.io, where I design clean, functional experiences with just enough spice to keep users awake, and just enough logic to prevent developers from hunting me down.

If your project needs someone who mixes creativity, sarcasm, and an understanding of users needs – congratulations, you’ve found him.

Eyfriend Studio and Webvite are just fancy names for ‘me doing freelance work after hours.’ I’m the entire team — designer, developer, coffee machine, everything. These projects are flexible and don’t get in the way of a full-time role.

VALUE DRIVERS

I’ve redesigned UIs for multiple lotto, and gaming products (e.g. Super Dragon Punch Force 3, Lucky 7 Extreme, Island Luck).

I create rules so your team stops inventing new fonts, colors, and button shapes every Wednesday.
Design unity = fewer headaches.

From frontend design to brand identity, I have a broad portfolio: security training sites (NuLaw, TASA), e-commerce, WordPress builds, institutional web portals.

I’m fluent in Figma systems, design tokens, handoffs, and basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) support and speak enough HTML/CSS/JS to understand dev pain, avoid nonsense, and hand off files that don’t cause riots.

I’ve survived client revisions, scope creep, and “my cousin said the button should be purple.”
I can handle anything.

Experience

2021 - Present

I design interfaces for e-gaming products, build system logic, map out player flows, and make everything look consistent enough that users actually trust the platform.

Impact: The product now looks like it was designed intentionally, not by six people fighting over the last corner radius.

2021 – Present

I architect design systems, set rules, define tokens, and prevent UI chaos before it begins.

Impact: Streamlined dev workflows, reduced design inconsistencies, and built reusable systems that save teams hours.

2019 – Present

I lead UI/UX projects, build brand systems, create 3D experiences, and run a small team of designers and devs who somehow still like me.

Impact: Helped clients modernize their platforms, sharpen their branding, and stop using 2010-era gradients.

2019 - 2021

Created web pages, graphics, and branding assets for Nerospec’s group companies.

Impact: Enhanced brand credibility by delivering clear, consistent visuals for complex mining-safety technology.

2017 - 2019

Built intranet visuals, reports, and internal communication assets that somehow made SharePoint look good.

2016 - 2017

Created brand identities and marketing visuals.
This is where I learned that “make it pop” means nothing.

2016

Taught firearms safety while also designing posters. No, the posters did not include bullet holes.
Yes, people asked.

Core Capabilities

I design digital experiences that actually make sense — clean interfaces, smooth flows, and layouts that don’t require psychic abilities to navigate. My job is to make users think, ‘Oh cool, I get this,’ instead of, ‘Where the hell do I click?

Co-Chairman of the Student Council 2015

Yes, I peaked early.

I helped run events, organize exhibitions, and keep the chaos below critical levels.

Technically leadership. Practically crowd control.
